Our fresh eggs come straight from our farm in Abruzzo, where the hens roam freely every day. They forage among olive trees and herbs, find part of their own food, and are supplemented with grains. The result is a strong shell and a rich, deep-orange yolk full of flavor. Each egg has an average weight of 50 grams.
