PRE-ORDER: this olive oil has not been bottled yet. You are reserving a 500 ml bottle from our very first harvest, which takes place this autumn (October and November). Your order will be shipped or ready for pick-up at our farm as soon as the oil has been pressed and bottled. We will keep you informed by email.

The very first extra virgin olive oil from our own grove of around 200 olive trees in Bisenti, Abruzzo. Made mainly from Castiglionese, a rare local variety native to the neighbouring village of Castiglione Messer Raimondo, together with a second traditional local variety.

Grown without synthetic sprays: no synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers (not certified organic)
Silvopasture grove: the understorey is grazed by our horses instead of mown or sprayed
Harvested by hand: combed onto nets with hand rakes by our family
